🔷 1. Introduction

SAFIR DIVERGANTE INTERTRADES PVT. LTD. is a product-based social entrepreneurship company committed to promoting health, wellness, and economic empowerment through its flagship product SAFIR888 Spirulina Superfood.
Every registered member participates in the company’s growth system while also contributing to corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.

🔷 2. Registration & Eligibility

• Any Indian citizen aged 18 years or above can become a registered member.
  
  

• Mandatory documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account Details, and Passport-size Photo.
  
  

• A unique Membership ID will be assigned after registration.
  
  

• Joining is completed only after purchasing the SAFIR888 Product Pack (₹888).
  
  

• All members must agree to the company’s Terms & Conditions before activation.
  
  

🔷 3. Star Pool (Main Reward Plan)

🟢 Total Reward in Star Pool (30 Days): ₹2,05,488

🔷 4. Auto Pool Upgradation System

• 
  Auto-upgrade occurs automatically after completion of Level 5.
  
  

• Each completed pool earns the member a new level ID and bonus income.
  
  

🔷 5. CSR & Donation Responsibility

The company promotes social welfare projects under its CSR mission. Each member contributes as per the following:

• Medical & Hospital Help up to ₹20,000
  
  

• Children’s Education Aid up to ₹2,00,000
  
  

• Marriage & Social Help up to ₹20,00,000
  
  

🔷 6. Referral & Joining System

• Each member receives a unique referral link.
  
  

• New members joining through this link are considered direct referrals.
  
  

• All income is automatically distributed through a Matrix-based system.
  
  

• No cash transactions or offline payments are allowed — only verified digital payments are accepted.
  
  

🔷 7. Wallet, Payment & Withdrawal

• All income is reflected in the online member wallet.
  
  

• KYC completion is mandatory before any withdrawal.
  
  

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹888.
  
  

• Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday (working days).
  
  

• TDS @10% will be deducted as per government regulations.
  
  

🔷 8. Targets & Time Frame

• Each level requires 4 new direct members within 5 days.
  
  

• Completion of 6 levels within 30 days achieves full reward.
  
  

• If incomplete, income will be carried forward until the pool is completed.
  
  

• Upgradation occurs only after the pool is fully achieved.
  
  

🔷 9. Termination / Deactivation Policy

• Any act of fraud, duplication, false information, or illegal activity will result in immediate deactivation.
  
  

• Deactivated IDs forfeit all pending rewards and rights.
  
  

• Unauthorized modification or misuse of company content or marketing materials is strictly prohibited.

All SAFIR products are health and wellness supplements made under FSSAI and AYUSH guidelines.

🔸 No Return / Exchange Policy

• No Refund Policy: Once purchased, the product amount is non-refundable.
  
  

• Exchange Only: Product can only be exchanged if damaged, expired, or defective at the time of delivery.
  
  

• Exchange Request Period: Members must report issues within 7 working days of product delivery.

• Product seal must remain intact.
  
  

• Original invoice and packaging must be provided.
  
  

🔸 Delivery Policy

• Products are dispatched within 3–7 working days of confirmed payment.
  
  

• Delivery time may vary depending on location or logistics delay.
  
  

• Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier or transport services.
  
  

🔸 Replacement Policy

• Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced free of charge.
  
  

• Replacement will not apply in cases of mishandling or improper storage by the customer.
  
  

🔸 Cancellation Policy

• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  
  

• Company reserves the right to cancel any order in case of fraudulent transaction or stock unavailability.
  
  

🔸 Product Disclaimer

• It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• The company does not operate any money chain, investment, or get-rich scheme.
  
  

• All transactions occur through audited and verified company accounts.
  
  

• In case of dispute, the legal jurisdiction shall be Meerut, Uttar Pradesh (India).
