1. Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been dispatched.
2. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered in the following cases:

• Product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• Incorrect product delivered.
• Order cancelled before dispatch.

Note: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Refund Process

1. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Items purchased under special discounts or clearance sales (unless damaged or defective).
